Benkelman has a locally owned movie theatre – the Zorn Theater. The Dundy County Fair in Benkelman is a great summer activity. Haigler's popular annual events include the Bluegrass Festival at summer's end and the Tumbleweed Festival. During the summer a short drive will bring you to the Beecher Island Battlefield and Rendezvous. So whether you're kayaking Rock Creek Lake or on the Wine Trail, start or end your trip at Sage Hill Vineyard & Winery.
